Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Texas School Psychologist credential/licensure (must submit current documentation)
- Previous school-based experience providing psychological services
- Ability to work on-site (hybrid report writing from home may be considered)
- Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week)
- Reliable transportation for travel between campuses
- Willingness to complete district fingerprinting within three days of onboarding
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments and interpret findings for educational planning and placement
- Serve as a resource for teachers, administrators, and parents regarding students with behavioral, emotional, or learning difficulties
- Implement effective intervention strategies and monitor their success
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Document all services according to school and district requirements, with some flexibility for report writing remotely
