Quick Facts: Location: Oklahoma City, OK (4300 West Memorial Road, ZIP 73120) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent, full-time Shift: Approximately 10 24-hour shifts per month (out-of-house) Hours/Week: Based on shift schedule (~40 hours) Employment Type: Full-time Licensure/Certs: BC/BE in Neonatology, Oklahoma license preferred Experience: Preferred but welcoming new fellows Pay & Benefits: Starting salary from $265,000 annually with annual increases Weekly pay via direct deposit Bonuses: Guaranteed monthly first-year bonus and year-end bonus eligibility Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid licensing fees Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, HSAs 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program Additional voluntary benefits Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do: Provide neonatology care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14) Manage complex neonatal cases using HFOV, jet ventilators, and other advanced support tools Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and hospital staff in a private practice setting Offer comprehensive care including ventilator management, patient assessments, and treatment planning Support and communicate with NNPs and hospital team on a 24/7 basis Contribute to outpatient and inpatient neonatal services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes Participate in hospital protocols and community health initiatives What You Need: BC/BE in Neonatology Oklahoma medical license or eligible for licensure Excellent clinical skills and teamwork orientation Ability to thrive in a collegial, community-oriented environment New graduates encouraged to apply About the Assignment: This is a permanent, full-time position at a leading hospital system in Oklahoma City, dedicated to delivering excellent neonatal care.
