\n Dispatcher Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers in-person, by phone, and via email
    • \n
  • Proficiently use MS Office, Excel, and Outlook for administrative tasks
    • \n
  • Accurately process bills of lading and invoices
    • \n
  • Be detail-oriented—identify errors and resolve discrepancies
    • \n
  • Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule:\n
\n
    \n
  • Day Shift - In Office
    • \n
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • \n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
    \n
  • $27.00 per hour
    • \n
\n
\n Dispatcher Job Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 2 years of in-office administrative experience
    • \n
  • 1 year of experience processing bills of lading or invoices
    • \n
  • 2+ years of computer proficiency using MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
    • \n
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide quality service
    • \n
  • Team-oriented mindset—helpful, engaged, and collaborative
    • \n
