Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group is hiring an OB Anesthesiologist to join their team. The anesthesia team is built upon Leaderships long-standing vision to be the BEST place to be a patient, to work, and to practice medicine.
\nWe are conveniently located between Tampa and Ft. Myers along the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida.
\nOpportunity Highlights:

- A full-time Anesthesiologist is expected to cover 210 shifts annually, with additional pay for extra shifts. \n
- Full-Time physicians participate in call coverage. \n
- Average anesthesia volume 65,000+ cases annually. \n
- Physicians will have oversight of CRNAs (1:4) \n
- Physicians must be willing to do some General Anesthesia cases if Fellowship-Trained. \n
- Health system has 4500+ deliveries a year and averages 115 C-Sections a month. \n
- Sarasota Memorial - Sarasota has a Level III NICU \n
- Group has 6 dedicated OB CRNAs providing 24/7 inpatient coverage to L&D. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- MD or DO degree \n
- Eligible for a Florida medical license and ACLS certification. \n
- BE/BC \n
- Fellowship-Trained is required for OB Anesthesiologist position \n
