Position Details

Responsibilities

The role involves delivering medically prescribed physical therapy services aimed at evaluating, treating, and restoring patient function while enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities. You will provide patient-centered care in line with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.

  • Conduct patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional enhancement.
  • Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery objectives.
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate).
  • Current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire, with maintenance required.
