In this position, you will guide, mentor, and develop clinic personnel to create a high-performing, patient-centered team. Enhance your leadership skills through our fully funded training program! You will also provide direct patient care while overseeing the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic operations, ensuring overall patient and employee satisfaction, along with evaluating and treating patients
  • Supervise clinic staff, including another PT and a front office Care Coordinator, while coordinating staff vacations, coverage, scheduling, and management
  • Conduct financial reviews and analyses of monthly accounting income statements

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure in Idaho
  • A strong passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
