\n In this Estimator role, you will convert customer quote requests into profitable production work by developing accurate cost estimates and working closely with sales, engineering, and operations. This is a highly visible role that directly impacts revenue, margins, and production planning.\n

\n Estimator Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates including materials, labor, and machine time
    • \n
  • Apply CNC machining knowledge across lathes, mills, and multi-axis equipment
    • \n
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations on project feasibility
    • \n
  • Support customer discussions related to manufacturing scope and capabilities
    • \n
  • Identify risks early and propose solutions to ensure successful execution
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule:\n

  • Day Shift
    • \n
  • Monday-Friday 8a-5p
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: 80,000 + based on experience \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Estimator Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 5 years of CNC machining experience with lathes and mills
    • \n
  • At least 5 years of experience preparing manufacturing estimates
    • \n
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and cost structures
    • \n
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
    • \n
