A hospital-employed pediatric practice in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its collaborative team in beautiful Glenwood Springs.

• Primarily outpatient pediatric practice with continuity-focused care

• Join an established team of 7 Pediatricians with growing APP support
\n
• 4-day workweek
\n
• Care for patients from newborn through adolescence
\n
• Limited inpatient responsibilities
\n
• Strong physician leadership with excellent support
\n
• Opportunity to help grow an established pediatric program
\n

\nCompensation & Benefits\n

• Base salary: $260,000 plus productivity incentives up to $385,000+
\n
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

\nCandidate Requirements\n

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Interest in continuity-focused outpatient care

• Comfortable participating in limited newborn and inpatient coverage
\n
• Physicians without recent inpatient experience are welcome to apply with structured inpatient training available
\n
