\nAbout the Opportunity
\nAugusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT / Otolaryngologist to join our expanding ENT practice located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a General Otolaryngologist, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.

Practice Setting: Employed general Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery role within Augusta Medical Group. Outpatient clinic plus operative component at Augusta Health's main hospital campus.

Schedule: 4 Clinic Days and 1 OR Day
\n - \n
Call: 10 days of call per month
\n - \n
Current Staff: 1.9 FTE
\n - \n
Clinical Volume: average annual wRVUs ~8,164 Quality/incentive- 10% of base
\n - \n
Clinic Days/OR Days per week- 4 Clinic days and 1 OR Day
\n - \n
Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.

Qualifications

MD/DO with Board Certification in

Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
\n - \n
Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings
\n
Salary
\nBase - $530,729.00 - $557,266.00
\nSign-on- $25,000 with 2 year commitment
\nRelocation - Up to $7500
