School Psychologist - Ashland, Oregon

Your primary focus will be on students in K-3rd and K-5th grades, including settings with specialized classes such as MAP and higher-needs programs. The role centers around conducting evaluations, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and developing behavior intervention plans to foster positive student outcomes. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations and FBAs
• Knowledge of designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to supporting diverse learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Conduct individualized FBAs and create tailored behavior intervention plans
