Step into a dynamic school-based role where your expertise as a School Psychologist will directly support the well-being and growth of students in grades K-5. This full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule and involves working across two engaging school sites, each presenting unique opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Your primary focus will be on students in K-3rd and K-5th grades, including settings with specialized classes such as MAP and higher-needs programs. The role centers around conducting evaluations, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and developing behavior intervention plans to foster positive student outcomes. With a start date of September 2nd, you’ll be welcomed into an environment ready for your contributions as the new school year begins.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting evaluations and FBAs
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to supporting diverse learners

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Conduct individualized FBAs and create tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop supportive strategies
  • Provide direct and consultative support for students in general and special education settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to progress monitoring, and ensure compliance with district guidelines
