School Psychologist in Eagle Point, OR

Step into a dynamic role where your expertise as a School Psychologist positively impacts elementary-aged students across two engaging sites. This full-time opportunity, starting September 2nd, provides a 40-hour work week and offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

You’ll support students from kindergarten through fifth grade, including those within a specialized MAP class and a higher-needs program. Your skills will drive meaningful change as you conduct evaluations, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), and develop effective behavior plans tailored to student needs.

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with elementary students (K-5 preferred)
• Strong background in conducting educational and behavioral assessments
• Proficiency in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Familiarity with working in specialized, high-needs classroom settings is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing psychological and behavioral services to support student learning and wellbeing
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and documenting findings
• Implementing and monitoring effective behavior plans in both general and specialized settings
• Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions for student support
