Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for various vehicles, both in the shop and on the road.
- Oversee the repair and upkeep of equipment and the store facility, including general cleaning tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
