Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs, with the support of a clinical performance nurse at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital.

Our dedicated team consists of two hospitalists during the day and one at night (one APP during the day).
\n - \n
We are a diverse team from different ethnic backgrounds and training programs, including internal medicine and family medicine.
\n - \n
At St. Elizabeth, we're more than just a healthcare team; we're a community. We actively participate in various hospital committees.

We proudly sponsor J1-HHS and Conrad 30 visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required visa filing fees are covered by Sound.

Qualifications:

A Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
\n - \n
Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
\n - \n
Authorized to work in the United States.
\n
Scheduling:

We offer an array of flexible scheduling options, including a balanced 7-days-on, 7-days-off block schedule, allowing for quality time at work and home.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll experience an average census of 10-12 per physician, with 1-3 admissions per day and 2-6 admissions per night.

We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU with telemedicine critical care 24/7.
\n - \n
Procedures are not required, and the ED runs codes.
\n - \n
Cerner EMR and access to Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform.
\n - \n
Phone consultations with specialists at our larger regional hospital complement opportunities for independent practice.
\n - \n
We maintain strong connections through team meetings held monthly or bi-monthly.

Expected yearly salary is $320,000-$330,000, depending on experience, with an opportunity for competitive bonus/loan forgiveness options.
