Job Description
A large integrated academic health system in Michigan is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Transplant Hepatologist to join their established and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with an experienced transplant hepatologist within a dynamic and collegial group of 19 physicians and 11 advanced practice providers dedicated to providing comprehensive gastroenterology care.

\n Position Highlights:
\n * Joining a team of 19 physicians and 22 APPs in a high volume gastroenterology practice
\n * Hybrid role: Mix of 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient work- IP coverage is 1:7 weeks
\n * Transplant responsibilities: Pre- and post-liver transplant patient care and participation in weekly Transplant Selection Meetings
\n * Multidisciplinary support from the Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Interventional Endoscopy programs.
\n * Collaborative, team-based approach with access to other subspecialists.
\n * Opportunity to train and mentor residents and students. Potential to contribute to the development of a future fellowship program
