Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing community-based primary care network in Andover, MA. Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice (no inpatient or hospital rounding)

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services and chronic disease management
\n - \n
Build long-term relationships with a diverse patient population
\n - \n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, care coordinators, social workers, and behavioral health specialists
\n - \n
Participate in a care model designed to support quality outcomes and physician satisfaction
\n
Support & Resources

Embedded care team support, including nurse care managers, social work, and behavioral health
\n - \n
Centralized population health tools and virtual support teams (in-basket management, Rx refills, virtual care support)
\n - \n
Dedicated after-hours and weekend call program (no fixed call schedule)

Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure to reduce physician burden

Qualifications

MD or DO
