Quick Facts Location: Seattle, WA Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Flexible 24-hour shifts (6-8 per month) Hours/Week: Variable based on shift schedule Employment Type: Full-time, permanent License/Certs: Valid medical license in WA; Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Experience: Prior obstetrics and gynecology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: Base salary ranging from $285,120 to $380,160 annually, based on shifts worked Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Pay rate: Not specified, competitive with market standards Benefits include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Weekly pay via direct deposit Disability and life insurance Retirement plans and stock purchase options Paid sick leave, parental leave, and fertility benefits Continuing education assistance and discount programs Reimbursements for licensure, travel, and certification when applicable What You'll Do Provide comprehensive obstetric hospitalist care at two major facilities in Seattle Support labor and delivery units, including surgical assists and obstetric emergencies Manage obstetric triage and handle emergency situations such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions Perform routine gynecologic procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy, in collaboration with Emergency Department Participate in teaching and supervising OB fellows and residents Collaborate with a multidisciplinary maternal-fetal medicine team in a supportive environment Promote patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality outcomes What You Need Required: Valid medical license in Washington State Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Experience in obstetrics and gynecology Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Prior hospitalist experience Experience supporting residency or fellowship training About the Assignment Join a highly respected hospital-based OB/GYN team in Seattle, providing essential care to diverse patient populations.
