WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality
• Evaluate incoming materials and finished products against specifications
• Address quality concerns with production teams and support corrective actions
• Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
• Support ISO compliance and calibration activities
• Track, coordinate, and verify inspection and measurement equipment
• Help drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3-5 years of manufacturing quality, inspection, or operations experience
• Experience using inspection equipment and precision measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong math aptitude and exceptional attention to detail
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Danbury, CT
Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week Plus Available Overtime
Pay: $20-$24/hour DOE
Employment Type: Direct Hire
