Responsibilities
- Document drafting and management:
- Draft and finalize legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests, and manage electronic and paper files.
- Discovery support:
- Assist with the discovery process by preparing discovery requests and responses, summarizing depositions, and organizing document productions.
- Trial preparation:
- Help prepare for hearings and trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating logistics, and preparing witnesses for depositions and testimony.
- Case management:
- Track court deadlines, maintain case chronologies, and support attorneys with various administrative and support tasks.
- Legal research:
- Conduct legal and factual research on case law, statutes, and other relevant information.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
