Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (required)
• Previous experience in educational or school settings preferred
• Strong skills in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Ability to deliver effective individual and group counseling
• Excellent communication and consultation abilities with students, families, and colleagues
• Familiarity with special education processes and laws
• Highly organized, flexible, and collaborative approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support student success
• Offer counseling and mental health interventions tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans
• Provide expert consultation to staff and families, guiding interventions and strategies to enhance student well-being
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to eligibility determinations for special education services
• Stay current on best practices and regulations in both psychology and education
