Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping candidate to help with shipping operations, inventory movement, and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and accurate processing of shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with the team, and support efficient warehouse and logistics operations. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure products move through the supply chain efficiently while meeting customer and business expectations.

Pay: $17.00/hr
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, possible temp to hire after 520.00 contract hours.
Responsibilities: Applicants could be required to do any of the following:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics providers.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or transportation issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Assist with vendor communication and supplier performance tracking.
- Create batch pallets so an understanding of measurements down to kilos and grams
Qualifications:
- Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Hight attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience using ShipStation is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Lifting ability up to 40 pounds comfortably
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
