Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is perfect for experienced radiologic technologists seeking an engaging outpatient setting with a supportive team and immediate start.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
  • 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • No weekends, on-call, or holiday shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, with a heavy focus on spine and head studies, including scoliosis and shunt series (willingness to learn these is welcomed)
  • Assist with outpatient injections (approximately 30 of the daily 60 imaging patients)
  • Operate Shimadzu x-ray and GE OEC c-arm equipment, utilizing EPIC EMR and Intellaspace PACS
  • Occasional performance of basic administrative duties, such as making CDs for patients
  • Deliver care to a diverse patient population, including both adults and children, with no sedation required
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team that includes RNs, CNAs, front desk staff, and a variety of providers

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in radiology or x-ray environments, with proficiency in c-arm technology
  • ARRT certification and current BLS required
  • Experience with outpatient imaging and injections, or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Flexibility for rare float assignments across other campuses when necessary
  • Openness to undertaking a range of clinical and administrative tasks
