Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for various vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
- Oversee the repair and upkeep of equipment, as well as general maintenance of the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items over 75 pounds in confined spaces.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying temperatures.
- Commitment to customer service and safety.
