We are looking for a full-time nurse practitioner to join our Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jersey Shore, PA, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
The salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities for the center. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
- Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
- Work in partnership with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate healthcare.
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
