  • Competitive compensation not based on a fee-for-service model

  • A pathway for physicians to become shareholders in our organization

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including largely employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, life insurance, and paid leave

  • Complete professional liability coverage at no cost, full reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities

  • Total Rewards value range of $319,000-$412,000 (prorated for a 0.9 FTE, full-time position)

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:
  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000

  • Attractive sign-on bonus of $25,000

The annual salary for this position ranges from $249,390 to $304,110, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other pertinent factors. In addition to the salary range, we provide extensive benefits that significantly enhance the overall compensation package.
