Location: Orlando, FL (On-Site / In-Person)

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time Available

Salary Range: $550,000+ Annual Base Salary

Incentives: $25,000 Sign-On Bonus + Comprehensive Relocation Assistance

Setting: Private Practice / Outpatient Office & Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Hybrid

Patient Demographics: Adults & Geriatrics (Ages 18+)

Experience Level: Experienced Physicians & Upcoming Graduates/Residents Welcome! (Board Certified or Board Eligible required)

The Role: Streamlined Outpatient Pacing

  • Dual-Setting Matrix: Split your schedule productively between specialized outpatient office consultations and hands-on ASC interventional procedures.

  • Volume Framework: Practice in an efficient, highly manageable workflow:

    • Office Days: Average 24 patient consultations per day.

    • Procedure Days: Average 20 procedures per day (generous block scheduling).

  • Clinical Backing: Partner closely with an experienced team of peer physicians, medical assistants, and surgical technicians to maintain optimal patient care and quick room turnarounds.

  • Chart Management: Maintain accurate clinical tracking within a modern Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform.

  • Outpatient Coverage: Deliver continuity of care by covering just two Saturday morning outpatient procedure blocks per month.

Submission Requirements & Support For Residents

  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Gastroenterology..

  • Licensure & DEA Support: The practice actively accepts current residency/fellowship candidates and will fully wait for your formal Florida medical license and Federal DEA registration to process during onboarding.

  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and zero history of active, unresolvable malpractice claims.
