A highly regarded Orange County law firm is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal to support sophisticated litigation matters from case inception through trial and appeal. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys handling complex state and federal litigation and requires a strong understanding of litigation procedures, trial preparation, and appellate support.

Responsibilities
- Support litigation matters through all phases of case management, trial, and appeal
- Prepare and assist with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and document productions
- Track court deadlines and maintain litigation calendars in compliance with state and federal procedural rules
- Coordinate depositions, witness preparation, and discovery management
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions, and other pre-trial materials
- Provide in-court trial support, including exhibit management and trial logistics
- Assist with appellate filings, appellate records, and briefing schedules
- Manage document review and productions using Relativity, DISCO, or similar litigation support platforms
- 5+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience, including trial support
- Strong experience with California state and federal court procedures
- Experience with e-discovery and litigation support technologies
- Paralegal certificate required and bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Full-time, office-based position (5 days onsite)
- Salary range: $100,000-$130,000
