Split your time between two nearby sites, making it easy to provide vital support across different age groups while experiencing a dynamic workday. This full-time role begins on August 25, 2026, and runs through June 8, 2027, engaging you Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week.

Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and support students facing learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological evaluations, reports, and recommendations to support students’ educational needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on individualized student plans (IEPs, 504s)
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding behavioral interventions and student support strategies
• Participate in parent meetings and communicate assessment findings with sensitivity and clarity
• Contribute to positive, safe, and inclusive learning environments at both elementary and middle school sites
