The expected base salary for this role ranges from $450,000 to $550,000, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $475,000 and $600,000.
