\n Schedule & Pay\n

\n 1st Shift\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
    • \n
  • Overtime as needed
    • \n
  • $18.00/hour
    • \n
\n
\n 2nd Shift\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday–Friday: 3:15 PM–11:45 PM
    • \n
  • Overtime as needed
    • \n
  • $18.00/hour + $0.75/hour shift differential (Effective pay: $18.75/hour)
    • \n
\n
\n Machine Operator Responsibilities\n
\n
    \n
  • Position panels on the machine table, ensuring they are flush and aligned with tooling holes
    • \n
  • Start machine operations and remove boards at the end of each cycle
    • \n
  • Inspect processed parts using templates
    • \n
  • Check tool sizes and reset or replace tools as needed
    • \n
  • Retrieve, store, and mark drills that require re-sharpening
    • \n
  • Notify the supervisor of equipment or operating issues
    • \n
  • Maintain quality and production standards
    • \n

\n Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous machine operating experience required
    • \n
  • Able to stand for extended periods in a temperature-controlled environment
    • \n
  • Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
    • \n
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
    • \n
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
    • \n
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
