Position Summary
\n Central Maine Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established outpatient primary care team. - Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan \n
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions \n
- Perform preventive care and health screenings \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans \n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams \n
- Educate patients on wellness and disease management \n
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR \n

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program \n
- Board Certified (FNP or ANP) \n
- Active or eligible for Maine NP licensure \n
- DEA certification (or eligible) \n
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills \n
