\nWe are hiring for a nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Rockwall of 10 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse and a practice manager.

ACLS certified and Internal medicine only.

Scheduling:

This is a full-time nocturnist role.

Full-time positions follow a 7-nights-on, 7-nights-off rotation

Key Responsibilities:

The nocturnist role is primarily an admitting position; you will run codes and rapids, no procedures.

You will have a Swing physician who works from 10 am to 10 pm to help with admissions.
\n - \n
The average census per nocturnist is 10-11 admits per night.
\n - \n
EMR is EPIC.
\n

As a Nocturnist, you will make a base of $310,250 annually; 182.5 shifts a year
