\nCommonwealth Emergency Physicians (CEP) is an independent, physician-owned emergency medicine group serving Northern Virginia. We are seeking a Fellowship trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join our team. Based at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia, this position offers a stable, supportive environment in a private, democratic group known for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and flexible scheduling.\n

\nPosition Highlights:\n

\n* Highly Competitive Compensation with Exceptional Benefits\n

\n* $180-$200 per hour with RVU & Shift Differentials\n
\n* 50-60 patients per day (24-hour average). Less than 5% transfer rate\n

\n* 13 shifts a month (6a-4p, 2p—midnight, 9p-7a)\n
\n* Brand New Inpatient Unit\n

\n* Inova Loudoun Hospital (Flagship Site):\n
\n* 50,000 Adult ED & ~20,000 Annual Pediatric ED visits.\n
\n* 26-bed adult ED and 11-bed pediatric ED\n
\n* Level III Trauma Center and Leapfrog Hospital recognition\n
\n* Part of the nationally recognized Inova Health System\n
\n* Epic EMR\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n* MD/DO with PEM Board Certification/Eligibility\n
\n* Eligible for Virginia medical license\n
\n
\nCompensation & Benefits\n

\n* Competitive compensation ranging from $180-$200 per hour with RVUs and shift differentials\n
