• Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24-hour on-call shifts
• Patient load: 13 to 14 patients per shift in an inpatient environment
• Call coverage requires a 15-minute response time
• Proficiency in ERCP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures is necessary
• Experience with upper and lower GI endoscopy, including various interventions
• Skills in endoscopic ultrasound and liver biopsy procedures are required
• 1:3 call ratio for coverage responsibilities
• Ability to interpret esophageal dilatation and manometry
