Job Opportunity: General Cardiologist

We are currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible general cardiologist to become a part of our multi-specialty group practice. Our organization stands as the largest consumer-governed integrated healthcare entity in the nation.

About Our Heart Program

Our Heart Program features a high-volume noninvasive laboratory, which includes:

  • An IAC-accredited echocardiography lab
  • A nuclear cardiology lab
  • Cardiac CT and cardiac MRI facilities

We also have a strong preventative cardiology initiative and support a growing structural heart disease program. Clinical responsibilities will involve patient consultations in both clinic and hospital settings, as well as outreach locations. Academic duties will include participating in imaging conferences and mentoring cardiology fellows from the University of Minnesota.

Who Should Apply

We welcome applications from both seasoned cardiologists and recent fellows. Essential qualifications include training in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, while training in Cardiac CT/MRI is preferred but not mandatory. Practice locations include Regions, Methodist, and Lakeview Hospitals, along with additional outreach opportunities.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $490,000 and $850,000 annually. Compensation is determined by the role's requirements and level, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
