Become a vital member of our healthcare team as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, where you will provide compassionate care to patients recovering from various surgical procedures, including hip and knee replacements, mastectomies, and abdominal surgeries. Your skills will play a crucial role in promoting positive patient outcomes and supporting their recovery process.

• Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients post-surgery
• Administer medications and manage intravenous drips, including PCA and Heparin
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient management
• Be prepared to float across multiple campuses as required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered)
• Must hold an active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC is mandatory
• Experience with PCA and Heparin drips is essential
