Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative school environment? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Fridley, Minnesota to hire a full-time, onsite BCBA for the 2026–2027 school year.

This role offers the opportunity to work with students from PreK through 12th grade while collaborating with educators, related service providers, and school leadership to create positive behavioral outcomes across the district.

What You'll Do

As the district BCBA, you'll provide behavioral expertise across multiple school sites and partner with multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Responsibilities include:

• Consult with school teams on behavioral and social-emotional interventions
• Participate in Student Assistance Team (SAT), IEP, referral, evaluation, and school-based mental health meetings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide behavior support aligned with IEP, Section 504, and SAT recommendations
• Analyze behavioral data and recommend evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to improve student outcomes
• Support district-wide behavioral best practices through ongoing consultation and coaching

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minnesota licensure or eligibility to practice in school settings
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
