Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Position Summary
We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join a funeral supply manufacturing team producing high-quality concrete burial vaults. This hands-on position involves pouring and molding concrete, operating forklifts, and creating custom painted and engraved designs requested by families. This position does not involve handling caskets or working with deceased individuals—employees are responsible only for manufacturing and finishing concrete burial vaults.
Responsibilities
- Pour, mold, and finish concrete burial vaults to meet production and quality standards.
- Prepare molds and monitor the curing process.
- Apply custom paint, lettering, and engraved designs according to customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts to safely transport materials and finished products.
- Perform heavy lifting and move concrete products throughout the production process.
- Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions.
- Inspect finished vaults for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, construction, concrete, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when completing custom paint and engraving work.
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials.
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment and outdoors year-round.
