ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Our organization is actively looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Interventional Cardiologist to become part of our healthcare team at Cavalon Place, situated just west of Seattle in Silverdale, Washington.

  • This position has opened up due to an impending retirement, allowing you to collaborate with a seasoned colleague.

  • Experience a Monday to Friday schedule focused entirely on outpatient non-interventional clinical practice.

  • Community phone call responsibilities are shared among local cardiologists, occurring every sixth weekend: Saturday and Sunday. Established patient phone calls are managed every other day.

  • One weekend of hospital call is required every 7-8 weeks at St. Michael Medical Center, located just up the street.

  • Onsite cardiovascular and specialized testing services include echocardiograms, EKGs, Zio patch placements, Holter monitoring, pacemaker evaluations, stress testing, and a Coumadin clinic.

  • The guaranteed minimum base salary for this role ranges from $515,000 to $575,000 per year, with immediate bonus opportunities available.

WASHINGTON EQUAL PAY AND OPPORTUNITIES ACT

The guaranteed minimum base salary for this position is set between $515,000 and $575,000 annually, with immediate bonus potential.

This salary range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and local market data at the time of posting. Our compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each applicant.

Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is contingent upon full-time employment in the assigned job classification/description, in accordance with the current PSA agreement.
