An exciting opportunity is available for a contract school psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a full-time, onsite position based near Dallas, GA, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek from early August through the end of May. The role delivers the chance to foster growth and success for students by providing expert psychological support in an engaging educational environment.

You’ll have the unique opportunity to split your focus between conducting thorough PreK evaluations and supporting an elementary school assignment. Each day, you’ll play a crucial part in identifying students’ needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing strategies to ensure every child receives the support they deserve.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• State certification or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist in Georgia
• Previous experience with PreK assessments and elementary student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard school hours

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments—including PreK evaluations
• Support elementary students through consultation, direct services, and intervention planning
• Participate in IEP meetings, multi-disciplinary teams, and staff consultations
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
