1st Year Salary Range: $498,149 to $538,539

\n Join our team of five highly skilled ENT physicians and one APP.

Position Overview

\n
• Seeking board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician, general ENT practice but fellowships welcome
\n
• Full-time position\n
  \n
  • Four or five-day schedule available
  \n
  • Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position
  \n
\n
• ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday Thursday block every five weeks)
\n
• Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program
\n
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
\n
• Providers who value high quality care and work life balance

• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
\n
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
\n
• Epic Electronic Medical Record
\n
• One surgical day per week
\n

• Compensation: Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
