The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for promoting health and maintaining wellness through the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic illnesses. Duties include prescribing medications, conducting patient examinations, diagnosing health conditions, and providing appropriate treatments. Additionally, this position involves advising leadership on developing functional strategies that are often specific to certain segments. The role requires exercising independent judgment and decision-making on intricate matters related to job responsibilities, all while operating with minimal supervision. This includes analyzing various factors to determine the most effective course of action.

- At least 8 years of technical experience
- A minimum of 2 years in project leadership roles
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the relevant state
- This position involves direct patient interaction and is part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening initiative. Candidates selected for this role will need to undergo TB screening.
- A strong commitment to enhancing consumer experiences within the organization is essential.
- Willingness to participate in limited on-call duties via phone is required.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies

Compensation Range: The salary range provided below represents a good faith estimate of the starting base pay for full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the time of this posting. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, education, and certifications.
$123,800 - $170,300 per year
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, which is based on both company and individual performance.
