We recognize that dental hygienists in Colorado prioritize two key aspects: delivering exceptional patient care and receiving equitable compensation. This role has been crafted with those priorities in mind.

Our practices in Colorado are guided by strong clinical leadership and a philosophy centered on patient care. We aim to provide comprehensive and ethical services while fostering an environment where hygienists can excel both professionally and financially.

• Attractive hourly base salary

• 30% of net production (applicable when production surpasses base salary)

• No limits on earnings

• Additional commissions on products

• Sign-on bonus (varies by location)

Our production model is designed so that if you deliver thorough and complete care—covering periodontal assessments, necessary radiographs, and preventive treatments—the results will naturally follow. There is no penalty if production does not exceed the base salary.

We implement a structured, team-oriented approach that is designed to support hygienists rather than rush them.

• A dedicated hygiene assistant will be assigned to you

• Delegation of tasks such as x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing, polishing, and fluoride application

• Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures

• Extended time allocated for periodontal treatments as necessary

The objective is straightforward:
You concentrate on assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and patient education, while your assistant enhances workflow efficiency.

This model enables many of our hygienists to significantly boost their earning potential while upholding high standards of care.

• Deliver oral hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and the application of preventive agents like fluoride and sealants.
• Accurately document patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, and manage patient records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist the dentist as directed.
• Administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.

• Possess an active Colorado hygiene license

• Demonstrate strong clinical standards with a focus on periodontal care

• Exhibit a team-oriented attitude

• Hold CPR/BLS Certification

• Are interested in maximizing production in an ethical and efficient manner
