Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid School Psychologist Certification
- Previous experience in a school setting
- Expertise and passion for working with K-5 age groups
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret test results
- Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies for student learning and social-emotional success
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address students’ academic, behavioral, and personal needs
- Participate and offer insights in eligibility, IEP, and intervention meetings
- Collaborate in team settings, advocating for student wellbeing and a positive school climate
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to legal and ethical standards
