    Annual Compensation: 35% of collections (earnings between $1,000,000 - $3,000,000/year).

    Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

    Must be able to obtain a dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance in the assigned practice state.
