In your role as a Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room, you will have the chance to circulate and scrub in various surgical specialties, including General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics. Your responsibilities will be vital in ensuring the seamless execution of surgical procedures and delivering outstanding patient care.

  • Circulate and scrub in diverse surgical specialties
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee patient safety and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain a sterile environment while following infection control protocols
  • Utilize Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook for effective workflow management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
  • Current Ohio RN license
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the workday
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance
  • Preferred: Experience in a Level I trauma center; CNOR certification
