Quick Facts Location: Grosse Pointe Woods, MI (at a leading facility in Detroit, MI) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Michigan medical license, Board Certified in Cardiology, Electrophysiology Certification preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years in cardiac electrophysiology Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $650,000 to $700,000 annually (salary expectations welcomed) Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays Sign-on bonus (amount to be determined) CME allowance and tuition reimbursement Retirement savings plans Life, short-term and long-term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Access to employee discount programs Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel where applicable Eligible under PSLF program What You’ll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology services across Detroit-area facilities Perform procedures including pacemaker, defibrillator implants, and ablations Participate in inpatient rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Build and manage a patient panel with existing referral streams Lead and contribute to high-quality patient care in a Level I Trauma Center Utilize Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic in 2025–2026) Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities within a teaching hospital environment Travel between multiple practice locations as needed What You Need Required: Michigan medical license Board Certification in Cardiology Certification or experience in electrophysiology Minimum of 2 years of EP experience BLS and ACLS certifications Good standing with a clean background Willingness to travel between practice sites Preferred: Leadership or teaching experience Familiarity with advanced EP technology and procedures Strong collaboration and communication skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Detroit, MI, delivering innovative cardiac electrophysiology care across a dynamic hospital network.
