Competitive annual salary with benefits package including sign-on bonus and relocation support Work in a collaborative, outpatient-focused environment with a renowned cancer center No night shifts or weekend responsibilities, with a predictable schedule starting soon Quick Facts Location: 1775 Thompson Road, Coos Bay, OR 97420 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent, Full-Time Shift: Day shift, four 10-hour days (no nights/weekends) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Oregon NP/PA license, DEA, required certifications Experience: Prior oncology or medical oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, dental, vision insurance (W-2) Generous PTO and CME allowance Retirement plan with 6% match Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Onsite employee health and wellness clinic Onsite child care and learning center Robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do Provide outpatient oncology care including consultations and follow-ups Assist with chemotherapy and other treatment protocols Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement care plans Participate in clinic operations and patient management in a multidisciplinary team Support clinical trials and new treatment modalities at the cancer center Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EPIC) Respond to urgent patient needs, maintaining high standards of compassionate care What You Need Required: Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license DEA registration Proven experience in oncology or medical oncology Ability to perform biopsies and manage complex cases Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: Prior experience in outpatient oncology settings Experience with EPIC EMR system Knowledge of clinical trial processes About the Assignment Join a high-caliber, collegial team at a leading facility in Coos Bay, OR, serving a community of over 320,000 residents.
