OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
\nSt. Peter's Health Partner's Medical Associates, a part of Trinity Health, is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our established and thriving practice in Albany, New York. New and recent graduates welcome, including 2026 graduates. Join our team of seven Endocrinologists and ten APPs. Generous sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided.
\nAt St. Peter's Diabetes and Endocrine Care, our multi-disciplinary team of endocrinologists, advanced practitioners and Certified Diabetes Educators are dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes improve their quality of life. We strive to provide innovative treatment strategies for our patients by teaching them how to effectively control and manage the disease.
\nOur practice provides diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for individuals with diabetes, and other endocrine and metabolic disorders.
\nWe offer the latest diabetes care technology, including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for diagnosis.
\nOur specialized services include complication screening, prevention and treatment, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation, onsite HbA1c testing, weight management and nutritional counseling, diabetes support groups, and individual and group diabetes education classes.
\nJOB HIGHLIGHTS
\nPractice sees adults only.
\nThe position primarily involves outpatient care with a 1:10 call, with additional inpatient call coverage only when the inpatient providers are off.

\nREQUIREMENTS
\nApplicants should have the following:
\nBoard Certified or eligible in Endocrinology
\nNYS Licensed
\nExperience preferred but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

\nRECRUITMENT PACKAGE
\nSt. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
\nCompensation is between $270,000-280,000 with the ability to earn more through productivity
\n$25,000 starting bonus
\n$30,000 retention bonus package
\nThe posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates provides a new model of physician practice that permits St. Peter's Health Partners to evolve as a health system with strong physician participation while allowing physicians to retain those aspects that make private practice work well in the care of patients.
