We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Physician to become part of our Primary Care Office in Clinton, situated in the southeastern region of Michigan. Opportunity Overview
  • Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with plans to extend hours to 7:00 PM on two weekdays and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on one Saturday each week
  • Location: Clinton
  • Specialty: Primary Care
  • Team Size: Currently 6 providers, aiming for 7-8 providers
  • Teaching Opportunities: Involvement with MSU community medical students and AIM residents
  • Call Requirements: Weekly call starting Friday at 5 PM, with a rotation among providers and equitable distribution of holidays

Requirements
  • Relevant clinical experience is essential
  • Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
  • Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • DEA license
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • A typical day may involve:
  • Delivering direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
  • Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health initiatives
