Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Flexible Availability: We are looking for candidates who can work on a PRN basis as well as full-time night shifts, offering a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
  • Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
  • Utilize strong reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
